As soon as possible! Our calendar can fill up quickly, especially during the peak wedding seasons, so we recommend reaching out 6 months to a year before your wedding to check on your date. If we do have availability, we require at least 2 weeks notice to book.

We require a signed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your date.

We do! We hold our tastings at the Grassini Family Vineyards tasting room in downtown Santa Barbara. Our tastings are $100 and include four flavors and a glass of wine for each of you.

Pricing is based on the size of the cake and intricacy of the design. We have a $1,000 minimum, plus delivery fees.

Heather specializes in creating beautiful sugar flowers and there are so many reasons why we love them! While sugar flowers will be more expensive than real flowers due to the time and skill it takes to create them, using this art form allows us to create the exact flowers you want, even if they are out of season. It also helps us avoid the risk of any pesticides or other harmful contaminants getting on your cake, and it allows us to use flowers and foliage that would typically not be food-safe. But our favorite reason for using sugar flowers is that after you cut your cake you can keep the flowers as a beautiful memento of your special day! As long as they are kept away from humidity, they will last for years to come!

We do offer gluten, dairy, and vegan-friendly options, though some flavor combinations may need to be modified to accommodate these requests. Please note that we are not a certified gluten-free or dairy-free kitchen, so we cannot guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination.

We have a variety of cake stands available for rent that are specifically designed to support large and heavy cakes. We charge a $35 rental fee and take a $300 deposit that will be returned in full as long as the stand is returned to us by the Wednesday following your event.
